Havel Lite® - Sandwiches (SAS and AAS)

Aluminum foam can be produced in connection with steel top layers (Havel Lite® SAS) or aluminum top layers (Havel Lite® AAS) in the form of sandwiches. The bonding of the materials consists completely of metal without any adhesive.

This allows the sandwiches to be classified as non-flammable according to DIN EN 45545. Simultaneously, customised alloys and coats (paint, marble, wood, wallpaper) are possible. The required mounting points or rails or nuts can be included in the foam or welded (only SAS process).
