Havel Lite^® - foamed components

Foamed components have excellent absorption properties with a simultaneous weight reduction. The foaming of profiles and cavities, also retrospectively, is possible with a thickness tolerance of ± 0.3 to ± 0.8 mm.

The vibration dampening properties are advantageous, for example, for quickly moving components from milling machines. The highly absorbing aluminum foam takes away vibrations where necessary and simultaneously allows for higher machining accuracy and speed.
