The BAIC Group visiting Brandenburg an der Havel
We were delighted to welcome representatives of the BAIC Group (officially: Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd.) back to us.
The BAIC Group is one of the largest car manufacturers in China, based in Beijing.
The visit focused on talks to develop the "battery housing of the future" for a new generation of electric vehicles. After a positive evaluation of all previous test results, the next steps towards a series production were discussed.
Due to the unique properties of our aluminum foam, other areas of application in the automotive industry are being addressed with great interest.
